My design is inspired by a love of plants and an early photography process called cyanotype printing in which an object is placed on treated paper or fabric and exposed to sunlight to produce beautiful blue shades. I use this method to make prints using plants from my garden and I’ve made stencils from these prints to recreate this effect.


After the trail ends, most of the life-sized oxen (and a selection of mini oxen) will be sold at a hoof-biting live auction to raise crucial funds for Sobell House Hospice.

The lucky new owners will then take their moo-gnificent ox to its forever home.
